If you have been asked to prepare a poster for ICAD 2019, you can find the requirements here.
- Posters for ICAD 2019 should be printed on A1 paper. A portrait layout is preferred (for space reasons) but landscape will be accepted.
- There is no specified template for posters (apart from the strict size requirement above), so the choice of layout and content lies with authors.
- To ensure that you are provided with a suitable space to present, please answer this short questionnaire: https://forms.gle/66jXCxWZVXstVEs97.
- To make traveling to the conference easier, we will be providing a poster printing service. Click here to pay the cost of printing (£11.40), then email a copy of your poster to icad2019posters@icad.org (deadline for emailing your poster is 9 am Monday the 17th of June, UK time). Your printed poster will be available for collection from the registration desk on the first day of the conference.
Posters will be A1 full colour non-laminate. Acceptable file formats are *.pdf (Adobe Acrobat 5 or later), *.ppt, *.pptx, *.doc, or *.docx. Please ensure the file’s document size is A1 otherwise images may become stretched and distorted.
If your file is too large to be sent by email please let us know via the email address given above. Please be aware that once the poster file has been emailed it cannot be updated with a new version and if errors are found upon receiving the printed poster we will not be able to rectify this on your behalf. However, we can provide information for printing facilities in Newcastle upon Tyne.
